Wellington Insurance Company manages in-house, all claims adjusting functions and, along with its team of regional and national catastrophe claims companies, has jointly built a catastrophe claims training program to train and educate new appraisers on the specifics of our policy suite. This unique approach has provided us with a supply of experienced claim professionals. These company-employed adjusters are extremely familiar with our policy provisions and are outfitted with the latest automated tools for increased efficiency and accuracy. In the event of a catastrophe, the Company appoints a catastrophe site Manager in the vicinity of the damaged areas to assist in handling urgent issues and managing the quick settlement of claims.
